BEEF
We offer half and whole sides of beef at $9 per pound hanging weight (Average weight 300-600 lbs). A $150 slaughter fee for a whole and $75 for a half beef. Pasture raised and Grain finished Highland beef. Finished on Delta Barley, Beets and field peas (no corn, no soy) Harvest time may vary but will typically be in October. We deliver to Premier Custom Meats for no extra fee, or you can pick your side up and butcher yourself or take to the butcher of your choice. The butcher will contact you for details on your cut and packaging preferences and you will pick up from there and pay their packaging fee.
PORK
We offer half and whole sides of pork at $6 per pound hanging weight (Average weight of 185-220 lbs) with a $100 slaughter fee for a whole and $50 for a half. Our son Connor raises the pigs at his place on Echo Lake. They are fed a diet with no corn or soy. Harvest will be August this year with another later winter batch. Harvest date to be determined. Again, we deliver to the butcher for no extra fee, or you can pick your side up and butcher yourself or take to the butcher of your choice. The butcher will contact you for details on your cut and packaging preferences and you will pick up from there and pay their packaging fee.
Whole Chicken
We will have a limited number of whole roaster chickens available at $5.50/ pound Average weight 6 lbs
EGGS
$10 for 18 Pack or $7 for a dozen
MILK
$16 for a gallon with a herd share contract signed
PRODUCE
Weekly basket picked the day of pick up are $50. I also have extra veggies for sale by the pound or per item at the New, on the farm, Store. Swing by and say Hello to the dairy cows and see what is available. Payment is based on the honor system (Cash or check only)
